Hi Charlotte. Public transportation can be taken from Center City via Bieber. I have a car and look forward to visiting the Outlets on the bus to conserve gas.

Why did they build an outlet mall near
2 nuclear reactors? They were smoking like
crazy when I went and spewing waste into the sky.

What you are seeing is steam. Not smoke. Not Pollutants. Many reactors across the u.s. are closer to you than you think.

If you go to their web site
http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlets/outlet....
Click on Directions and Transportation
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
They show direct bus transportation from Phila.

I'm also pretty sure that those without private tranportation is well below 1/2 of the population.

Enjoy the outlets.

False advertising. No outlet prices. Just another consumer ripeoff. Go to your own local mall and save your gas.
