I can't blame AT&T for wanting to hold onto its clients, but this is bad news for bands whose music is being exploited.

So when my 10 linux boxes max out my connection during their downloading of critical updates via bit torrent, will my ISP simply assume I am stealing or will they examine the packets (essentially tapping my communications link) to see what I am downloading?
