ok, i tried to send this message via the "e-mail us" link on the costco website, but OF COURSE the submit button doesn't work, which means you can't really contact them. except via phone. which i don't do because i don't care that much. but i just want to see if anyone else hates the shape of their milk jugs as much as i do, because they suck more than anything else in my life right now. it's a damn shame.
Hello there, I work at a coffee shop and we use your milk - which we love for its low price, as well as the fact that we can get it delivered when needed. However, the shape of your milk gallons is atrocious! One cannot pour a single glass of milk without spilling, a lot! Not only does it create unnecessary messes, but in the end it wastes quite a significant amount of milk. I am just curious why you (or Kirkland Signature, or whatever) have chosen this shape for the milk. Is it cheaper is some way? Do you just want to be different and therefore recognizable? Because honestly, I am about to switch and purchase our milk elsewhere, where we may spend a few dollars more in the long run, but at least there won't be an extremely annoying drip and spill every time I make a drink. Please think about changing to the standard gallon design, it would be so much better. Thanks.
eh? it is sunday and their call center is closed anyways, but i also now want to ask why they give people false hope with a fake e-mail form that won't actually send. has anyone else been able to send an actual inquiry/comment via this form? curious...
