PRC should also investigate all the gas gouging gas stations in Farmington.

I agree the real issue is the people of the four corners getting ripped off daily by the Giant/western/Conco/Triftway/ or what ever thier Texas owned name is, thieves. When the price of gas is lower in Cuba, Moab, Albuquerque, Gallup than the area where the oil comes out of the ground and the closed refinery where it can be made then that is price gouging in the San Juan Basin.

This issue and story is about natural gas, the kind that might be burned in your home to heat water, cook your food.
The current price of natural gas is very low. Conocos profit is shrinking due to these low market prices, but Enterprise continues to raise the fees that it charges Conoco to gather its gas (by pipeline)and process it (in plants).
Enterprises local competitors who also serve Conoco have not raised their fees.
Enterprise is playing business unfair.
