I CAN HELP

The Bohai Bay oil spill was made then looked over. What is needed to help in the investigation is a veterans view looking between the pages of supposed rig and personnel activities to find out who when and how the wrong calls were made that polluted the Bay.

All other means to try and get to the bottom of the issues will prove out to be futile.
