If state law allows the regulation of oil pipelines then why wouldn't natural gas be regulated as well? I'm not being snarky...I really want to understand.

I agree with herestobeer. Conoco Phillips is the world's leader in whining and in always complaining about govt. regulation. Now they are funding this BS complaint because they could not bully Enterprise. i guess they should sue Western Refinery for fixing gas prices in the NW, oh wait, Roy Lyons of Conoco Phillips and leland Gould of Western are buddies, so much foir that lawsuit. The BEAT GOES ON!!!

The P.R.C. don't do nothin'---there as corrupt as the gas producers...natural gas is gonna go thru the roof & no-one will regulate this or look out for the hardworking folks here in N.M.(read the info booklet they give you when you get you're bill this month...)CORPORATE GREED!!!!!

Let's see you live without those oil companies.
The liquor store will all of a sudden be very far away. Which whiny oil user , who I am sure is ready for sainthood, casts the first stones?
