If an industrial supporter would come forward with support the school can become a success like in New Lenox. The Will County Community is behind the school but their pockets are thin, their hearts are big. It all comes down to the money, sad to say. Will the school avoid demo? Preservation and Tourism could be lost for our County.

Bunk! The enrollment is down and I am sick and tired of the do gooders acting like we are hurting education. We are not hurting education, the school is hurting education. I have not heard any ideas floated except a new school. I say build out and you will pass it. They do not want that, they want a HOMER HIGH SCHOOL. It is very apparent they are continuing to see if they can get around the people some way without building out, selling the land, and then tightening their belt. Dont punish the children. If you need more out mobile buidings, get them. They are punishing the kids by early hours. Garry Raymond will retire and move and the school board will continue their harassment of families by early hours, etc. Build out with all the land East has would be no problem at all. Athletic fields and stadiums can go anywhere but the people of Homer want their own school. Say what you want but that is the truth. Float a bond issue with a build out and see it pass. People know when they are being short changed and the kids too. Wake up, this is not the time and the people that are running the school do not care with their huge salaries, etc. The morale is down, with their 100 thousand dollar salaries. They are laughing all the way to the bank. It will make no difference, bond issue after bond issue, pretense and cooked up scams.

Successful like New Lenox? Elaborate please. They are talking about closing Lincolnway West. NLSD 122 scores have tanked.

What is an "Industrial supporter"?

What is an "Offerman supporter"?
