These new railroad quiet zones in New Lenox will only be at the Elgin, Joliet & Eastern Railway crossings. The trains operating on the Metra-Rock Island tracks and on the Norfolk Southern Railway tracks through New Lenox will still be sounding their horns at all of the crossings.
