Yes Mr. Harrison, being the intelegent guy that saved Canada and the USA from us commie unionists got to take away the early 1/2 quits at the end of the shifts.A reward for any employee that worked diligently through their lunch and coffee breaks. It was a bonus for helping out when it was busy and Helping Mr. Harrison with his precision railroading. What this cheap artical fails to mention is that CN now has a total culture of apathy. You smile at the boss in public and behind closed doos the boss says fk it."do what you gotta " "I dont care anymore".Mr. Harrison got his well deserved bonuses, but I guess he felt no one else was intitled.Yes he was the man.I think he also got $20,000,000 of pesonal expences paid by the company too. So now when I'm asked to work through a hot meal you can guess what I say.
2 or 3 more years and the knowlegde base of the compamy will be one wants to stay.then all the new bosses that worry about the workers bootlaces not being tight enough can organize and run the place...LMFAO
