Much ado about nothing. Are you reading this Barrington? Geesh. Darch is an idiot of the first magnitude and a friend to all lawyers. They embarked on this fight knowing all the while that instead they should have been negotiating with the CN for infrastructure improvments rather than spending taxpayer money fighting a fight they could not win. Much ado about nothing.
