I just want to say to CP employees, you will be dealing with the Devil himself. He will introduce prison behavioral programs that will pit foreman against foreman and that will lead to respective working relationships going to the toilet. He will make it so a supervisor will have to find 10 employees a week breaking rules otherwise they will be fired or demoted to 00 to 0800 shift for the rest of their career. He will put cameras up everywhere and use them against his managers to whip the employees into shape. He will take full advantage of a reactive not proactive Labour Relations Board and Transport Canada. He will hire people that will "sign the sheets"...thats just the start of it...all for AMERICAN PROFIT..it will NEVER BE ENOUGH...he is the GOLDEN BOY OF GREED...

You do speak the truth my friend I work at CN Rail and that is what happened and is still going on today. Hunter has left his nazi's in place and just moved on. Profits before people.

It is a sad time for my fellow RR brothers at CP.
I lived though the nazi's policies and i will tell you what my shop foreman told me one day, over a cup of coffee, when CN was a civilized place to work..."Whats coming is absolutly terrible".And even though the Devil is gone, most of his minions are still in place.90% of the good foremen retired,or quit. Not to mention the nazis we have in Ottawa. There will be no backing from them zelots.
You just have to learn not to care...thats the American way and the way our leaders want us to be.

Having retired from CP, I can tell you it is long over due having someone run the company who knows what they are doing. I had a 38 year career and for the last 10 years it was frustrating trying to work with the management in Calgary.
