Good, now maybe Consumers can work with the city of Zeeland to figure out a solution to the 'fog' problem. I don't know who is more dumb - the builders of that power plant for putting their steamers right next for the road or the City of Zeeland for letting them. And then to have the 'solution' be to close the road when the fog arises.....duh, there's a hospital right there! In an emergency every second counts. Having to go around to the highway could mean life or death for someone.

First off it is the cities fault. They were the ones that let it get built. They signed off on the blueprints. Finnally, when was the power plant built? When was the hospital built? City officials knew there was a problem and they still built the hospital.
