SEC-Citigroup fraud settlement gets new life
A federal appeals court stopped just short of throwing out a judge's controversial rejection of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's $285 million settlement with Citigroup Inc in a fraud case.

Not only should there be a settlement but the company's assets should be seized and those responsible sent to a tough maximum security prison for long terms. Let's see how tough these wall street sociopaths are when up against other prisoners!
