Not sure whose brilliant idea it was to use our trash cans for recycables, but it is the most assinign idea Citi has forced on us yet. So we are no longer allowed to use the trash can for trash. Instead we have to pile our snot blown tissues, our disposable dishes with refuse on them, our apple cores, our banana peels, you name it, anything we used our trash can for, now can be piled on our desk and be allowed to spread germs. Oh, but if we do still use our trash can for those items, then we have to supply our own trash bags. And God forbid, you forget to dispose of your own trash from the trash can, otherwise the cleaning people will leave it on your desk. Seriously, how stupid. Do I toss more recycables in my now converted trash can, then I did before. No. I still recycle the same amount I did before, and now I have to throw my own trash away after it piles up.
