Hearing on father jailed over daughter's lack of diploma
CINCINNATI -- A defense attorney is scheduled to argue for the release of a man jailed in southwest Ohio after his daughter failed to get her high school equivalency diploma. via News Journal

Ultimately, each individual must be responsible for themselves. A father can only try to provide a loving home and encouragement to his children, but he cannot force them into submission without risking breakage of the very laws that we are sworn to uphold and obey. When the courts intervein it shows a gross ignorance about the relationship of the family and takes one more step towards interference in a body that needs no such interferience.
