What a surprise another frivolous BS lawsuit hoping to grab some free money after all these years.

So Barogue as an art or music term isn't to be used in teaching classes.
Or High Barogue or Low Barogue?
Personally never heard of Sunday Barogue anyway.
Barogue is Barogue. Fair Use.
So would be Weekly Barogue or
Renaissance Barogue.

Suzanne has worked very hard over the years to establish a classical program of the highest quality. Listeners associate SUNDAY MORNING BAROQUE with Suzanne and her fine programming. Sirius should find another title for their programs. Compared to all the frivilous lawsuits out there today, this one is reasonable and understandable. Good luck Suzanne!!

Yeah, very reasonable and understandable. People would mistake a FREE PUBLIC RADIO show with a PAID RADIO show. Seriously, I bet 99.9% of the US population has never even heard of "Sunday Baroque." Who cares.

I am an avid Sirius listener and supporter and even though I have never heard of Sunday Baroque a registered name is a registered name. If the show took the time to register it it should not be used by anyone else. Its not brain surgery.

Always been both a xm subscriber (early 02) and sirius subscriber (mid 03). always a hardcore listener of sirius xm and i've never heard a show called Sunday Baroque or anything very close to that all. Just a publicity stunt by traditional radio giants trying to stop people subscribing to Sirius XM. Long live satellite radio. Screw the NAB.
