BOARDROOMS ARE IN URGENT NEED OF RESTRUCTURING

Is it not time to realign control in all public company boardrooms? Control shifted in the past 30 years, and now due diligence and oversight are out the window.

Very sick, when you consider the way they are abusing their patients. Google Cigna Victims, that will say it all.

I am a provider that has been filing claims from early 2007 with Cigna. Before Cigna took over, I was paisd in 10 days, all the time, for years - successfully. Now, my claims - 100% of them are getting rejected. First they tell me they changed the forms. So I bought expensive replacement forms which had a different form number, but were identical. I resubmitted and they were rejected because I filled out the form in black ink and apparently I did not mix the ink with the right type of blood. Also, I did not fill out the forms on a Tuesday while wearing purple underwear with yellow ovals on them. No wonder they have the money to increase his pay! He probably came up with the hair brained methods to avoid paying the medical professionals!

I used to work for CIGNA for a number of years and I can tell you the healthcare division is in serious need of an overall. They treat their employees like machines and their clients like numbers. The company took a downward spiral when Hanway became CEO. He should have been released years ago. But, there is no one to blame except the shareholders.
