N.C. poultry processors face big challenges

Rising costs, wilting demand and a down economy have put poultry processors in a tight spot.

i dont hear anything about the farms that have been cut off in n.c. . with time remaining on contract. there are obout 40 or 50 of us .the pain is just as real for us rs it is for pilgrams pride or any other large company.
