Isn't today the day for mediation in Dallas? Anyone know anything?

The mediation was originally slated for Dallas. Pilgrims Pride, was there playing more games, costing the farmers more time, and expense, it was a sham on Pilgrims Part. The mediation was reset to be held in Shreveport, today, Monday, Nov 15th but once again, it has fallen through. The mediator is in New York. Lets see, where did Pilgrims Pride go to hire those really expensive lawyers, that's right, New York. Hmmmm. I say, lets just cut through all this B.S., and go straight to jury trial. Our damages are increasing daily.

I know the growers without birds are needing a settlement in this case as quickly as possible. I would however relish the moment if the growers decide to take it all the way to court. It would be enjoyable to see Bo Pilgrim, Ray Atchinson, Don Jackson and some of the other key managment of Pilgrim's Pride on the witness stand.
Happy Thanksgiving

I have really struggled to find something to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. I am thankful to still be alive and for my family. But when I think of Bo Pilgrim and what he and his company have done to so many of us, I don't have much more to be thankful for. I just hope when Bo sat down for Thanksgiving dinner he had a little twinge of conscious and was thankful for all of us who made his millions for him. I hope something made him wonder if we had a good Thanksgiving and if we had plenty to eat. And I do know that his lawyers are thankful for all the money they are raking in. But you know what, just sitting here typing this has made me feel better. Yes, I am thankful that my conscious is clear enough that I can sleep at night because I know that I have not done anything to hurt so many people. And if Bo and his henchmen and his legal team can live with themselves, I sure can. Just wonder though, how much has he has paid the lawyers. I imagine that it would be enough to pay all of the growers and then some. Would it not make more sense to pay the growers and let the lawyers go? No, he will pay them several times more than it would have taken to make a settlement with the growers. I may not be very smart, but it just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. But what do I know, I believed all that they told me before I built my chicken houses. I was going to pay my houses off in a hurry. Then all the money would be mine. And I would have the chicken houses as retirement. Oh, yes, I was crazy enough to believe all of the lies. Now look at the mess we are in. HAPPY THANKSGIVING, BO!! If you can live with yourself so can I.
