This cooperation could lesson there problems if management , took. The opinions of their employees . Turn over rates are bad because we would rather cut back on people who work the lines to insure certain management and a few others get bonuses . If I in the 21 yrs I worked for the plant , had a bonus check and my people didn't get anything but more work put on them , I would of shared mine . There is to many chiefs and not enough Indians . I loved working and helping my co workers . But management over the yrs was lacking . To many pics , not enough , caring, there is no (I ) in the word team . We have plenty of meeting , with lead people . Those meeting were a waste of time .because nobody listened , people heard us but nobody listens . I miss my job even though it was hard . But maybe one day somebody will listen to the workers and take them to heart. If your in upper management never think you are to good to help your people without them the plant is nothing . I often tried to get thing done right but nobody listens .
