the boss (Jeff Dearing) or other bosses here in Moorefield, WVa. sure doesn't use the bible..(the Bible I know..original King James. It says to treat others as you would like to be treated. Well, my son Paul Snyder, sure wasn't treated fair. ""Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."Paul had gotten carpel tunnel,as a catcher, had surgeery on both wrists, had ato report in next day, after surgery. He was not paid his livehaul pay as other were.,was paid by Hour..also left (first aid, playin with rubber bands. when his crew left. very little pay. then after the hours added up to 12 days, he was fired for absence. he could not draw unemployment because he was fired for absence. and got no checks from workers comp. he had to beg and go to other sources, for food for his family and to pay his bills. He still has no job. It is no wonder PP is getting lawsuits..he should actually file suit. Like the one Moorefields PP, worker filed went to court and was awarded a large amt of money.

When hiring, one of the best resources out there are job boards but they can be very expensive so consider Staffing Solutions & Staffing Services of Staffing Agencies that specialize in sourcing candidates at a low fee. They search multiple job boards for candidates with the exact requirements you are looking for as opposed to going straight to monster or career builder who charges $1000 each for 30 access to their job boards or posting a job which doesn't work because you only get inandated with resumes of unqualified candidates.

Well, in my opinion, it is a great and stable foundation if you base your company from God. I'm a very religious person which is why i base all of my actions and decision to Him. And i am very positive that he won't fail me also if i made A mistake, the one to blame is me since I was the one who made the decision and the only thing that I could do is learn from it, improve myself, and thank God that I am more blessed than others.
