I would most definitively say it has become one of the most adverse companies in the world when it comes to being an equal opportunity employer. In fact it has become the exact opposite of diverse, by concentrating on disproportionate numbers of black workers over white at the plant level. Why is this going on, you might ask. Pure and simple nepotism for the most part. The majority of Chrysler Division of the UAW at both the International and the Regional are made up of blacks. That is who does all the hiring and it shows every time they bring a new wave of employees in where there are now two to five token white people to 100 or more black workers. Guess what? This effectively ensures they will always maintain a stronghold on union elections and that they control all new hires. Add nausea, and the fact that we are not allowed to vote beyond the local level, and what happens downtown stays downtown in a corrupt appointee process that undermines any sense of democracy, and you are left with the Late Nate Gooden's crooked band of thieves running a dog and pony show, where cronyism, nepotism, favoritism, racism, sexism and any other ism's that add up to discrimination reign supreme. Ironically enough if the same disproportional numbers of whites were hired over blacks, it would become an international incident! Within a few days, the NAACP , Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Jeremiah Wright, and the ACLU would all rain down on these plants. So why is it that Chrysler turns a blind eye to this form of discriminatory behavior in hiring practices? Just wondering.

That's hilarious--there's about a dozen Hispanics out of 1,800 people at our plant. Barely anyone here that's not black or white.

Mostly all black new hires at SSP. All related to the international brass! The majority are useless pieces of shit. Ray and Bobby take turns servicing their needs so they can earn points with solidarity house. There might be one or two token white people to every twenty-five blacks.
