Exactly. Does your company use the E-Verify program? No...then suffer the consequences when the audit comes through...and let the IRS jump in the fray as well. Note to auditors: Try the construction companies in the Houston area...according to juan there are many that knowlingly hire illegals and let them avoid paying taxes.
