"Antoninetti had sued dozens of other places for access violations and dropped the suits after he received cash settlements."

Duh. The guy is just a run of the mill con artist with a sleazy lawyer.

Speaking of sleaze, I just read that non-disabled people are buying guide dog harnesses and vests to gain access to hotels, restaurants, airplanes, etc.

If cash settements do the job and get corperations to comply with a law or make things easier for disabled people, they are well justified.

Till you walk in disabled persons shoes, you don't know what it's like to contend with problems they encounter every day. To even try to deprive them of their freedom or ability to, go out, get around or even survive is acting in a mighty lowdown way. Looking at the post made here on this thread it's easy to see which people are of that type' or hopefuly they just haven't thought it through yet.

It's true that there are good causes to help the disabled, but you make a blind bleeding heart fool of yourself by attempting to justify what is an obvious scam artist and a sleazy lawyer.
