it depends on how far I need to drive. There is no set limit.

I would rather drive anywhere than fly for even a short distance...believe me, my husband agrees...especially if he is having to fly with American Airlines or United!

My husband travels about 2-3 weeks per month all over the United States. It has become routine for American and United to be not just minutes late...but hours late to their destinations (always a LOT of excuses as to why it isn't their fault!) and 85% of the time they lose the luggage also. My husband recently went to Mexico City for a week and his luggage caught up with him as he was leaving.

Hand us the keys and a tank of gas and we are happy to get ourselves where we are going. At least we know we will get there with our clothes!

Well, lot depends upon the road. If it is 6 or 8 lane highway then its bit easy to drive more than 500 miles, but on the other way it is going to be tough. I love driving. Til now I have drive a bike for continously for 4 hours, I am waiting for another opportunity......

fly or drive makes no difference to me. drive western ky to baltimore at least 3 times a year.

to the people complaining about flying....it you fly southwest you have no problems at all...always early...or on time...last time got to pilly so early we flew in a circle for 30 minutes.

yes that is true.

I flew them recently and they had only about 35% of the seats filled coming and going.

it was truly a good flight for that reason.

The airport experience was a major pain in the but as always though.
