They said nothing about making this like a Sybaris or a Fantasuites? I wouldn't consider those upscale. Shows you haven't been out of the county.

Oh yum--an "upscale" Comfort Suites? Right, and I have a bridge for sale. If Verizon doesn't sell soon, it'll be a nice place for the concert-goers to trash.

Choice Hotels must be making a great profit to be able to build 50 new Upscale hotels within 2 years. I think it would be better if they would drop their rates and let us stay at a cheaper rate.

They're catering to an upscale business traveler which obviously isn't yourself. All hotel brands are launching the "lifestyle" concept hotel. Hyatt has Hyatt Place, Starwood has the aLoft brand, etc. Its as close to full service as you can get without 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a valet, and concierge. Much better than Residence Inn, or Courtyard by Marriott. Personally I don't think $130/night is unreasonable at all. Maybe you should get a better job so you can afford nicer accommidations.

You obviously don't realize that Saxony is already a development and has been in the works for 10 years. Sounds like you need a refresher course in Urban Economics. Do you not realize all of the road improvements that are occuring because of Exit 10? The 146th St. extension from Cumberland Rd. to I-69, the SR 238 bridge over I-69 being widened to 4 lanes, the Olio Rd. bridge over Geist being widened to 4 lanes. It's because of developments like this that gets the infrastructure improvements.

Actually Sybaris Hotels are upscale? They may not be to your liking but the are upscale. Take your wife to Victoria Secret and then Sybaris.
