Agree 100%. Unions do NOTHING for average or better than average workers. Those workers could gain a better wage increase based on performance but not in a union where everyone is treated the same. Unions only protect the lazy workers.

And these jobs are worth no property taxes for 10 years? It looks to me that the Jackson Township and Spring Grove School District Taxpayers are subsidizing the salieries of these workers. Once again the taxpayer gets screwed.

Members never seem to mind unions much, until they lose their jobs like at CAT, and what's going on at Harley.

You always have the employees who are devout "believers" in unions, versus their own ability to get their wage. If you do your job well, adn work within the rules your employer sets up, try not to screw your employer over, then all will be well there. Organize if you wish to screw off and be a lazy turd.

Unions only protect the lazy workers. "If the workers are that lazy, how do all the motorcycles in York get assembled, and how did all the parts get manufctured and shipped at CATERPILLAR then? Its none of our faults that we as union members have the qualified skilss to perform the tasks needed!"

You should really look at your grammer and spelling skills also, if you would like to acquire a position there. You MUST apply via internet, like Willie Don wrote!

It looks like all the good jobs, the ones paying good, you need some kind of liek trainign or education. I'd like one of those 22$ hour jobs but i'm not a electician or mechanical or forkligt perosn. That doens't seem fair to me. then i guess you have to drive to spring Grove or somehting clsoe to there every day. Theis is n't all its crakced oup to be.

How is it not fair? Your don't know a trade or have a plyable skill then you don't make $22 an hour. Get some training, learn a skill, make yourself valuable. I was taught this in school thirty years ago aren't they teaching this now?
