Yes, all rights (including abortion) are protected under the constitution unless specifically restricted (see the 9th amendment).

That's one your fellow Republicans on the SCOTUS actually got right. It was a 7-2 decision; not much question about it.

Romney, of course, still refers to "sexual preference", implying choice, rather than "sexual orientation", indicating an intrinsic human condition. And curiously, almost ironically, he mentions it in the same breath as "ethnicity" and "gender".
Romney's response indicates exactly how far he will go on GLBTQ issues in general. He will defend us up to a point (i.e., "But he's capable!"), but he won't stand up and denounce the discrimination. Not enough, Mr. Romney. You're going to have to do better than that.
He doesnt need to do nothin'. WTF? He doesnt need to pander to you people. The vast majority of Americans oppose and always will oppose the gay lifestyle. Youre an insignificant minority so dont act like youre not with this in your face "accept me or die" attitude.

Pfft.

If we're such an "insignificant minority" they how is it we have marriage equality in 6 states with more on the horizon? How is it we got DADT repealed? How is it we have the DOJ refusing to defend DOMA?

Obviously we're a lot more significant than you admit.

Obviously we're a lot more significant than you admit.
Its because of corrupt politicians being paid off by gay/lesbian groups and liberal activist judges sympathetic to your cause that rule in your favor.

Anymore stupid questions?

You don't have "marriage equality" in any state. No same sex marriage is recognized by the feds, not even if you live in Massachusetts. Will it ever happen? Can't say.

Wow, you really aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you?

I have routinely argued for gay marriage, which inherently means that I am not homophobic. Apparently, you couldn't even make it all the way through the headline of the article. This doesn't bode well for your reading comprehension skills.

You're Gay, really? You aren't Gay and can't claim to be. You are a self loathing homosexual who doesn't believe in equal marriage rights nor equal rights for Gays. You supported a President who was responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of Gays by his refusal to even say the word AIDS for some thousand of days during his presidency.

You approach teenagers on topics and ask then to contact you. No one can believe a single word from your spineless body.

I hope you rot in hell.

Reminder of the day: Gays are an insignificant minority even though they talk and act like they're not.

Keep it real, stay focused. We dominate, we rule and it was always be that way. Forever and ever.

But if we're so "insignificant" then how could be possibly be able to pay off corrupt politicians? Wouldn't the anti-gays just be able to give those politicians MORE money because they're so much more significant than we are?

If we're so "insignificant" how are we able to get liberal activist judges to be sympathetic to our cause and rule in our favor? Wouldn't the much more significant anti-gays have much more influence on them?

After all, we're so "insignificant"!

And yet we manage to weild a lot of power for such an "insignificant minority".

We're even able to get all you supposedly straight people to spend an inordinate amount of time cruising the gay forums.

Funny you should bring that up, since the case from Massachusetts will likely be the very case which DOES give us marriage equality at the federal level as well as the state level.

The 1st circuit will issue their ruling sometime this summer.

Because your party has been the majority since 2006 and only lost the House recently...which is why you people have been coming out of the closet in full force in recent years. I suspect you will be backing off once we regain power in Congress and the WH in November.

Because some of them ARE gay themselves like that fake gay judge in Cali who ruled in favor of gay marriage. The anti-gays have little or no influence on a liberal judge who is sympathetic to your cause. These fake activist judges could care less what they say.

There, youve been schooled. Pretty soon, Im going to have to start charging you for my expertise.

You evilgelical filth are on the way out from educated society.

And the suicide rates are higher for recent vets than for other demographics. Obesity is epidemic in more red states. Go demonize those people, too, as you demonize - unwittingly - Africans for having HIV.

So on the one hand you claim we're an "insignificant minority" with no power, and then you turn around and claim we control an entire political party. On top of that, the same "insignificant minority" somehow has enough power to control judical appointments as well as which judge hears which case?

If you anti-gays are so "significant" then why DON'T you have any influence on "liberal judges"?

What's really telling is how much time you all have to spend telling an "insignificant minority" just how insignificant we are......
