Listeria-Tainted Cantaloupes Shipped to Ohio; 8 Dead
The death toll has risen to eight in an outbreak of listeria traced to Colorado-grown cantaloupes, officials said Wednesday.

Unfortunately, by the time this article was published the death toll is believed to be up to 10.
With 60 ill and the potential for many many more, perhaps its time to consider giving the FDA less regulatory power. It isn't efficient and all it's done is prompt them to waste resources by waging war on salt, dietary supplements and energy drinks.
