well, geez, this loan is right on time. Didn't want to take a chance that Mayo and company would be unable to cash in on their way out the door.

Mayo is looking more like Ken Lay of Enron every day. Maybe he will off himself like Lay did and do everyone a favor.

"Dude" -- This wasn't a loan to ensure they payout of Mayo. The cash infusion was necessary to keep the business operating because of the downgrade in the company's credit rating.

What would have been better? Not getting a buyer and cash infusion and letting 10,000+ people lose their jobs?

Mayo gets fat and rich and hammers the shareholders,BGE customers and employees.

Lets see if O'Malley goes after the $47 million severance package.

Heck I could have run Constellation into the ground and only asked for a $1 million severance package--Board of Directors you blew it!
...and what's his $48,000 health care package?????

Warren Buffet saw this coming ..........why didn't Mayo? Instead Mayo restored our confidence back in August and his loyal stockholder's stuck with him. And this is the thanks they get.

Constellation gets what they deserve with this. I'm sitting back and laughing because they showed MD energy consumers no mercy when they increased our rates 75%.

I say f them and all of their shareholders too!
