Here we go again, The PSC is now going to spend 2.5 million on consultants to check out this deal. Mr O'malley, you can make some new personnel cuts right here. If we need consultants, we don't need the PSC high priced employees.
Nazarian says he doesn't want to signal the outcome of the review, then why talk about it? Does he already know what the consultants will recommend?

When all else fails, investigate it to death. By doing so, the money trail will be convoluted and no one will know what's going on. Concerned Senior is absolutely right about hiring high priced consultants. This is just another admission that the PSC people are not competent in their area of responsibility. I'm another concerned senior as well.

I'm voting my ceg shares "NO" to the sale unless they write in a no pay out claus to the idiot mgnt team and it's slimy CEO.
