I've been unhappy with Wachovia for sometime now. I strongly disagree with many of your policies that are focused on serving Wachovia rather than being fair to their own customers.

That being said, I understand that Wachovia is charging people $5 to honor / cash their (Wachovia) checks. Is this correct? This is nothing but pure greed on Wachovia's part. Why would we continue to bank with Wachovia when you are going to strong-arm everyone out of $5 for cashing / honoring your own checks!!! The people we do business with are extremely upset and I have to agree that Wachovia are acting like first-class CROOKS!

I feel like I am wasting my time right now writing this message as a concerned customer. Because the facts remain that your actions speak louder than words that you do not truly care about your customers.

I will be actively interviewing people to find out who they bank with; as soon as I am able I will leave Wachovia and will chose to bank with a company that is customer focused rather than self-serving crooks.

Sincerely,
Wachovia Customer / VICTIM
