Thanks Clear Channel. Without you, I'd never have discovered how useful an iPod and a car stereo with matching interface really is.

Kelli826 you are smoken hot.
Rome is terrible. He tears people down all day, makes up stupid phrases and words, and tries to talk ghetto. I can't listen to him for more than 5 minutes without my head exploding.

If you want a good commercial free station... try WCSG, and have a much better day.
Puleeeze. They have more commercials than anyone else. They just present them in a different way. And those phone-a-thons...give me a break.

Tune into 88.1 fm wyce (or stream online at wyce.org ) you won't hear the same song twice AND they take requests. It is locally/community owned too. How come so many people aren't aware of it?
I don't know~~but I am gonna try it right now! Thanks!

If you really enjoy music try 88.1 fm wyce. You might be amazed. Listen all the time now. No repeats, no loud mouth blabbering, no politics. Dj's seem friendly and down to earth.
no one could ever agree on a radio station at work. there were so many arguments and over it, fights even, so the bosses would not let us have radios anymore. we can't use ear buds or headphones because of safety issues. someone suggested that the factory play wyce on the speakers. They agreed to try it and now everyone loves the 88.1 wyce music. you can hear jazz and 5 minutes later rockabilly, then blues followed by a funny song. sometimes the music is really unusual but interesting. Sometimes they have interviews with musicians but other than that and some announcements its all music, one song after another. My car radio is always on 88.1 now too.

I listen to my XM radio all the time, have had it for 2 years and rarely listen to FM/AM radio. I can get ESPN and Fox Sports radio, all the MLB games, and commercial free digital music...it's great. That plus exactly what you all have said, clear channel has an extremely short play list and it seems like it repeats every 45 minutes.

Must have been the "away from the microphone" type of cuts here in Grand Rapids. Hate to see people lose their jobs.
