Just rip it down and say the wind blew it over. Sell the metal for scrap and tell Clear Channel to pound sand.

This is the problem with coglomerate companies in corporate America...won't return a phone call for a neighborhood eye sore that everyone agrees should be taken down, or covered up with something nice. To try and get them to fix this it will cost the city tax payers money to bring them to court, and all to clean up there lack of respect for our neighborhood.

If anyone has driven out of Boston Clear Channel has destroyed the skyline. All you see is Billboards. I thought that they were going to move the sign in front of CVS after the constuction was done. It looks so Ghetto! I hope Centerville can get this done!

Speaking of eye sores what about that gas station across from the church, that thing is awful. This neighborhood has so much potential if only a little effort was put into it.

So is it a good idea for Chelmsford to pass a bylaw to allow billboards along Rt 3 and 495?

Actually the one they're complaining about isn't the one at CVS (although that one is supposed to be taken down/moved also). The one they're complaining about is attached to a building at the corner of West third and Bridge st. It's actually at pedestrian level and just looks like decrepid siding. I'll bet anyone could take it down and clear channel wouldn't even notice. I can't even recall the last time I saw an advertisement on it.
