Since January when CBL Associates made thier last announcement on Pemberton Mall Vicksburg Ms,the Real Estate Investment Trust hasn't mention any new announcements on thier plans for the old mall property. ALl ready Ryan's Restraunt has closed.
In the mall property itself vacant slots remain. Past businesses which have been victims of high rent. Locals are wondering what is CBL's next move on the issue. The more mall properties close the more it attracts crime.
