Nationwide Mutual Insurance cuts 480 jobs across the country in latest round of layoffs

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. on Friday laid off 480 employees and contractors across the country, the latest round of job cuts from the insurance giant, a spokesman said.

What they failed to mention is, of those jobs they cut (contractors) all 250 are being sent over sea's to India to InfoSys.

How Do I know this? Because I am tasked with training my Indian replacement so that he can take the knowledge of the application I supported back to india to work on.
