Don't get out while you can, wait for the layoff and collect that severence package. I waited and it was totally worth it-got months worth of pay, had a nice vacation and landed in a much better job.

Some areas are so economically depressed, there is no opportunity. There will have to be closures. Lot's of losses, and no jobs, bad combination.

Why is it that we can't get any honest answers from anyone? We all know shit is going to happen soon. It better not before they pay out for the 401k matches.

For those who know what's going on please realize that employees here all have lives and families. Don't leave us out hanging and wondering if we will have jobs tomorrow....

Let's just force write insurance, autopay, never mind they are supposed to be optional for customers. They sure don't tell this to employees, even though it supposed to be policy! Making someone feel awful, kicking them when they are down ,making comments and acting negative is not helping. We are the last of the big finance companies still holding lots of toxic assets and taking excessive risk. 30% interest is like loansharking, what the gov't claimed to not be able to stand in the mob. Oh and keep calling and harassing people nonstop, every month till you piss them off. They just have to take a loan! Just tell customers straight up and forth right that you are demanding insurance and autopay. This company's reputation is becoming terrible with there treatment of longtime loyal employees.

At least you don,t have chasing anymore. Going out to house to collect is much harder. In todays time if customers don,t want you to call they can just change cell# since most don,t have home phones. It is a business of cycles and is in a tough one right now. It will change and when it does there will be new lenders and more opportunities. Not going to argue about the treatment of longtime employees. It is how companies operate in todays times.

Your exactly right! That's what they expect. In the same day I had two NB loans close where the base payment was $227.47 and if I force placed insurance like I am expected to do it would have raised their payment by $186.45 !!!!! Never mind the fact that if you follow Customer First like you should you pretty much screw yourself as you must telling them the base payment and what happens if they take insurance with the payment increase. Now c'mon we deal with people who live 3 paychecks behind so do you really think they can afford to pay much in "optional insurance" ???? Prediction - Layoffs happen before March 31st, 2013 so they can report higher earnings for the first quarter and NOT have to pay out people's 401k match!
