I wouldn't buy one!! I live out in Westyn Bay and my home is just a little over 2 years old, and every time we have a big rain storm, I have a 100 new major cracks all over my home in th stucco! It is ridiculous!!! I am waiting for it to just fall off. They have been a pain in the butt to deal with. They try their best to get out of fixing everything. They built a piece of crap home!
