1 Not in new york. 17 is when they are allowed to consent to it. I just hope young guys don't use this plan b as an excuse not to wear a condom. Just because plan B is out doesn't mean you can make the girl take it. Careful men! |

1 And alcohol too! There shouldn't be any restrictions on alcohol or cigarette sales at all. In fact why should we make them go to school - its their minds as well as their bodies and they should be able to do what they want with them. Don't forget that they should be allowed guns also. Come on Liberal judges - don't just stop with the pill or you are a hypocrite! |

As the parent of a 17 year old daughter, I disagree. |

2 I suppose you think we should go back to teaching only abstinence and factually incorrect and antiquated sex ed (like the do in Texas - no joke) as opposed to making all forms of birth control and safer sex available. |

1 as opposed to getting an abortion? hell yeah. Welcome to reality, where 17 year olds, and even younger, are sexually mature with raging hormones to have sex. |

1 Moron, the pill has minimal side effects, doesn't get the girl intoxicated, and does not have as many poisons like cigarettes, so what a dumb example is this all you conservative scum have to argue, stupid arguments that have nothing to do with what you are arguing? Because other than your stupid religious beliefs, you have no argument against this. |

1 They can get birth control, abortion pills, even abortions themselves. In my opinion it's a good thing. Now.. what I think is a bad thing is that it is easier for teens to get birth control that they WANT than it is to get a simple antibiotic, or medication that they NEED. |
