You are on to something here! The clues were "corbutt" and "fat Turd." But rather than impeach him, we could invert him, insert a K-Y coated casing in his tootsie roll factory, then tap HIS natural gas supply. He could supply enough gas to power a typical Pennsylvania rural neighborhood for a whole year.

What less then a week ago Governor Corbett told the people of Pennsylvania he wouldn't allow gas drillers to pollute or land and water.

Corbett is the biggest liar and fraud ever to hold the office of Governor of Pennsylvania.

Corbett is selling gas drilling rights to hunting land that was purchased with Pennsylvanian hunting license fee's. The man has totally lost it.

And AGAIN..Just think..The Republicans want to do away with EPA...This was preventable if he had not exempted them from pollution standards and also taxed them..Who's going to cover the financial part of the cleanup ??? We will ALL have to live with the environmental aspect of all this ... THANKS CORBETT !!!!!!!!!! I hope you enjoyed the MONEY you got from them.... And ONE TERM !!!!!!!!!!

This is nothing compared to what can happen. If these "fractures" occur in a way that eventually leads to a leak into the aquifer above....the potential is that PA, DE, MD, DC, VA will all be without drinking water....making properties worthless. It's comparable to a nuclear disaster.

They didn't even think that "rain" might fill up their cess-ponds? Do these people think about consequences at all or are they just to stupid to live? And no shutoff valve at ground level to prevent the continued escape of the chemical backwash? And while we don't want to have unexpected releases of methane they try to divert your attention to that which is potentially dangerous but not nearly as bad as the pollution of the stream and surrounding lands.

The whole reason these drillers are rushing to drill every single well they can is because Corbett has turned a blind eye to the environment and in the 2005 Federal Energy Bill per Dick Cheney the gas drillers where given exemptions for the clean water act. Yes, this was deliberate. And now they have to drill and damage the environment as fast as they can before they get shutdown which is why they are allowing the price of natural gas to get depressed from over-drilling. Once the people demand that these wells observe the clean water act they're going to be force to shutdown.

Cameron International Well Head Valves and BOP’s
By Dwight Baker
[email protected]

Never rule out bad Iron. Yep this well was equipped with Cameron Well Head Valves and Frac Tree. So off it has gone to be third party inspected. Remember the BOP Stack from the BP Blowout the same thing.

So who is to blame----Not the frac company or the Operator but it is equipment failure.

Now is that an impossible thing to stop---depends on how much quality assurance goes into the design manufacturing shipping handling and then those men whose job is in the field camps to make sure all is done to specs.

Now that is a problem and will always be because the men working in the field today most are under age of 25. I am not surprised that more injuries mishaps have not occurred. The up and down in the drilling competition and production of oil and gas has always been in a 10 to 15 year cycle. J. D. Rockefeller dreamed that up. He would raise the price on crude he had refineries wildcatters would go out and find more. The he would lower the price most wildcatters would go broke then he was there to pickup the leases for next to nothing.

So will this giant drilling now going on never end --- I think those drilling for natural gas will continue on for another 10 to 15 years.

By that time those 25 now will be 25 or 40 and they will be seasoned men knowing what to do and when.

Take a look at speculative markets and oil futures being jacked up because of inflation worries and lowering dollar value..Oil is bought and sold with the American dollar.Nothing to do with the EPA... We have HUGE reserves of oil and gas.. These prices unfotunately are not driven by market principles of supply and demand...Once again NOT the EPA..
