i hope the people who deserve money get it.being from la. i saw what fraud some people did to get katrina money.i will bet that some of the new orleans bunch will suddenly become fisherman to apply for money they dont deserve and arent in the costal area.some minorities have it better after katrina than they did before katrina.some will again try to get fed money they dont deserve.this will take away from the true cajun fishermen.i dont care if you like what i say but its true.
