Why is Ohio PERS suing BP when they actually increased their stake in BP by over 3.5 million shares AFTER the disaster took place and the share prices dropped?? Sounds frivilous to me...

Ah, pensions invested in stocks... I notice I haven't heard any republicans telling us we should invest Social Security into the stock market lately.
