Call Homeland Security, they have lots of people on the payroll doing nothing. You could call the National Guard, but they are busy right now. Homeland Security should have been on top of this. I can hear it already: "You're doing a great job Brownie!" Recently we found out a lot of military troops weren't ready for duty. Now this. It all points to someone collecting excessive profits and not doing their job.

This not only a major oversight by our so called government agencies, to protect us from these kind of mishaps, but you gotta know this pipeline has been a major problem from it's beginnings, it was supposed to have been the oil relief for the West Coast when First put in. Then we find out we cannot even use this oil in the United States, EPA requirements you see, so it is exported out refined, then we have to buy and import it back at outrageous prices, which of course is passed on to **John Q Public** Here we go again now they are making statements that it produces 8% of the Nations Oil, and I ask whose Nation, certainly Not the United States, Just another ploy to raise our gas and keep the American people home so the Homeland Security has nothing to do but sit on thier own ass, with there thumbs up each others ass, while sucking there other thumb. or what ever??????????
