Bull. Cold, damp weather should facilitate sales. People couldn't spend time outdoors so they'd be more inclined to go shopping. Maybe the Bon Ton should rethink their apparel lines.

why does bon-ton always get regonized for sales being down. how about the small businesses struggling-never hear anything about them and then they go out of business. slow business-rent is too high, utilities etc. can't afford it. consignment shops closing because business is slow. let's regonize them and cater to them
