I know people who refuse to shop the Bon Ton because coupons are not honored because the price does not end in the correct number. The reason, "you must read the fine print". LOL

Yeah, like this past Christmas with their books that you bought for $5. Only thing was, you couldn't use them on anything because of all the exceptions like you mentioned. That was the last time I've been in the Bon Ton and I don't plan on going back. Oh, BTW, shortly thereafter I went to Kohl's because I had a 30% off coupon, bought a small appliance with no hassle. Then when you used your charge, you got an additional $10 for every $50 you spent to be used the next time you came in. Now that is customer satisfaction.

BEWARE of anything having to do with Bon Ton. I missed a payment because my house burned down. I called them and they assured me it was no problem. No problem for who....They reported it, and my credit score dropped 8 points. Of course nobody knows anything, and can't find anyone for me to talk to either. Needless to say I will never shop there again and I hope to persuade others not to either. Khols or Pennys is the place to shop.
