Yep, more jobs being outsourced to India, China, Mexico. Way to go Warburg and Pincus. American companies will all follow these same trends and soon we'll have no jobs here. Lets wake up people.

Darrell has decided to drop his course in foreign languages. It no longer seems like a viable option in receiving decent optical insurance.

That's what you get BL for taking away jobs for cheap labor overseas. You deserve to fold! End NAFTA now.

Yeah, that's it, they "deserve to fold" and take with them the 1000's of other American jobs too? I guess you really can fix stupid, can you? What a jamoke.

Does anyone remember, they just had to have that 50 million dollar bldg? And, right after that, they sold off the best part of their line that made them what they were? They had international recognition, a stellar product and some freaking bean-counters had the brilliant idea to sell it off and stop the bleeding...HEY PAE-TEC, are you listening to this?

Remember what Ross Perot said, "That giant SUCKING noise you hear, will be, our jobs leaving this country." What insight! A genius; and we didn't listen, care or do anything to intercede. We truly are lemmings.
How about bringing some of those manufacturing processes back home, sell it as a quality product that we take pride in, and get our economy back to where; WE control the marketplace and WE are the showcase of state-of-the-art technology?
Or, just keep listening to corporate dojo's that just want a better parachute package for themselves and their boards of idiots? Kodak would be a fine example of how NOT to do it.

Actually B&L is closing their India plant and most of the jobs that are being cut are from there. That is very good news. And the majority of other corporations have already outsourced many jobs to India, China, Philipines and continue to do so. I hope the government can either heavily tax those companies or give them an incentive to keep jobs here. Something needs to be done. In 10 years, the majority of Americans will be on unemployment all due to these greedy corporations.

A few years ago you could avoid doing business with companies that outsourced but now it's practically everyone and it's hard. But I still try. I spend my hard earned money on products and when I need to discuss a problem or need guidance, I WANT SOMEONE that speaks clear English and is not following a script. If I happen to go outside their script, they are lost and cannot help me, but will keep trying. It's very annoying and frustrating and if within my power, that company has lost my future business.

I actually had a guy hang up on me because I went out of the script. He could not understand that he was trying to get a hold of someone who did not have my phone number anymore....he wouldn't take my ph# off their call list with out the okay of the person they were calling for and when I asked him exactly how they would get her permission when I now have the ph#, he told me he was hanging up on me!!! OUTRAGEOUS...America took a wrong turn and it isn't going to end up pretty for us.

B&L is actually outsourcing it's Greenville SC transportation dept. to a US 3PL related to Warburg Pincus. Not saving any money, just attempting to appear they are cutting the fat to a potential buyer.
