We are NOT scared of Sarah Palin, but we are baffled at the idea that she is even considered presidential material. The fact remains that while she energized the Republican base, she cost John McCain a lot of votes, many of them Republican. When she spoke at the Republican Convention on September 3, 2008, people actually contributed $10 million to the Obama campaign.

Furthermore, with her rejection of stimulus funds in Alaska for weatherization, she may have sealed her own fate as a one-term governor. I'm quite sure that in a state that gets as cold as Alaska does, that move of hers didn't go over well with a lot of people.
