On a similar note, legal experts report that many patients filed DePuy lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson. They were the victims of DePuy hip implants failures such as loosening, fractures, and displacements. The following are some of the signs that your hip device is defective swelling, pain bearing weight, pain when rising from a seated position, pain while walking, pain on the thigh or groin area, and pain on the hip area. People are hoping that with Biomet acquiring DePuy Orthopaedics Inc., they will develop a new technology that will improve the quality and safey of DePuy’s hip replacements. People may need to be aware that in addition to the DePuy’s hip replacement device failing and requiring revision surgey, there is also a risk for metal poisoning in the blood and surrounding tissues of the metal implant. You may refer to http://www.depuypinnaclelawsuit.com for helpful information.
