Chief tells me that he's considering the use of surplus drug stimulus money to buy one of these buildings and install an all-weather indoor obstacle course and race track for his officers to practice vehicle maneuvers. He describes it as Shoots and Ladders for Segways.
I'd write more but my crayons are almost out.

maybe they (the POLICE) could restablish some good will with kids and let them SKATE inside. Paredes has done alot to turn kids against the police team as it were with his campaign of skate tickets. Its great to see segways and bikes downtown much better than kids on toys. Redlands seems to dislike kids who don't play ball sports or sit at TOADS and play video games. Happy Tuesday.
