DON'T whatever you do BUY A NOOK COLOR!!!! OMG!!! NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. I bought the new NOOK Color; excited I have a new toy ready to read, NOT!!!From the set up to customer service I have not had a good experience. I have spent OVER a total of 6 hours on the phone with NOOK color techs, no resolution to any of my problems. However, one of the techs determined that my NOOKcolor, during the manufacturing process the wireless card may have been omitted. I have been waiting for a return slip via e-mail for 7 days...When I called back I was told the e-mail address they have for me was incorrect as well as my mailing address. The their error. They say another NOOKcolor was sent out to me... they could not track the new one. Customer service personnel were very professional but had no answers. Overall, my whole B&N NOOK color experience has been horrible. It is still not resolved. I do not recommed this item.

You should try going in to a store in the future. I had a similar issue and had no problem with getting help. The man at the nook desk was very helpful and got me a new nook without me having to ask. This is why I think this company is ahead of most; there is a flesh and blood person to help you when you need it!

Why didn't you just go to a B&N store with your receipt & have the nook person help you...thats what they are there for, if you chose not to utilize them...totally your own stupidity :9

I dont know what to do!!my nook wont hare unless its gurn off and now its not chagring at all please help if u know what to do bcuz i saved up forever to get and my parnets will be,do mad if they found out that i broke it do please help
